HAVE YOUR INSURANCE BROKER OR REPAIR CENTER CALL US
To start the claims process, your insurance broker or the repair center should call us on +27 76 274 9260 or email us on [email protected]. Claims can only be filed by your insurance broker or the repair center repairing your vehicle. Claims cannot be filed by you directly.

YOUR INSURANCE BROKER OR REPAIR CENTER WILL SUBMIT AN ESTIMATE
We will ask your insurance broker or repair centre to send us an estimate showing what is wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be repaired or replaced.
3.
WE REVIEW THE ESTIMATE
Our friendly assessors review the estimate with the insurance broker or repair centre and go over each part to review coverage and authorise the repair.
4.
WE AUTHORISE THE REPAIR
Once the claim is approved, we authorise the repair and the repair work begins.
5.
ONCE COMPLETE, WE PAY THE BILL!
It’s that easy! Once all the work is complete, we pay the insurance broker or repair centre directly, so you don’t have to. You are only responsible for your excess (if you have one).
